Dr David Sing Kong Yuen, BVMS (Glasgow), 70, is a veterinarian and founder of Toa Payoh Vets Pte Ltd. He graduated as a veterinary surgeon from Glasgow University, Scotland, U.K in 1974 under a Colombo Plan Scholarship.
After completed his National Service Full Time in 1977, he worked as a pig and poultry veterinarian for the Singapore Government, as a race horse veterinarian at the Singapore Turf Club and in his own Toa Payoh Vets practice to date.
